Could it be a way to prime the 16% of the staff who are reluctant to get the vaccination? But, on the other hand, this could be a message on how T&T is taking action to elevate customers' confidence in the services and care for the broader audience. But, what my thoughts were if I don't know how many of those 170 people at the store that particular time is vaccinated, this sign may not give me any value. Also, I thought the store had made the "Yes! You still need to wear a mask in T&T." not obvious.

Thanks Sumali Akurassa Hewage, I agree with your assessment. I also wondered if this would constitute a double nudge? It may encourage employees to be vaccinated (most of their peers did so there's a social norm nudge). But it also gives the customers the information to decide where to shop if they are seeking a safer environment with a lower risk of transmission. This can in in turn encourage other stores to improve their transparency and vaccination rates as well. Perhaps this is an optimistic perspective, but overall I was impressed by this approach. It is definitely something other retail stores and even healthcare setting could easily adopt.
