Spotted this sign a local grocery store in Toronto. What do you think are the behavioral implications to posting the staff vaccination rate, in terms of impact on the staff, the store, and the general public?
Could it be a way to prime the 16% of the staff who are reluctant to get the vaccination? But, on the other hand, this could be a message on how T&T is taking action to elevate customers' confidence in the services and care for the broader audience. But, what my thoughts were if I don't know how many of those 170 people at the store that particular time is vaccinated, this sign may not give me any value. Also, I thought the store had made the "Yes! You still need to wear a mask in T&T." not obvious.
